Blog of the week: AfricaIsDoneSuffering.com
I don’t often come across a blog/ website where I’m left in awe of what is the team behind it is doing. Let’s face it, there are many of us trying to make our mark in our own little corner and be ‘cool’. AfricaIsDoneSuffering.com is a wonderfully cool website that documents African popular culture while pushing a necessary message: Africa is done suffering.
What makes what they’re doing unique is that they encourage creatives from all over the continent to design products (e.g. t-shirts, etc) with the slogan. Cool eh? Its a truly African venture, with its team members coming from all over the continent (there are even a few Ghanaians on board).
