This particular TED radio hour (the clip is actually only 18 minutes long) is an interview with the Ugandan journalist, Andrew Mwenda, who asks that we begin to look beyond Africa’s problems and focus on the real opportunities for creating wealth and happiness beyond a subsistence scale.
